River days are on their way! Find your flavor with River Daze. For years we have partnered with Raft California to make raft trips better, and we are sealing the deal with this West Coast IPA. Brewed with Azacca, Strata & Mosaic hops. We love them and know you will too!

Brewed with the fine folks at Infusion Taproom in Lincoln, CA for their 10th Anniversary, this delicious Czech-style Pilsner is a variation of our last Czech Pils, Zephyr Ridge. With the same yummy citrus and floral Saaz hops we added an addition of Tettnang hops. Which offers aromas of herbal, woodsy spiciness

There’s nothing quite like a good Kölsch. Subtle fruit character, noble German hops, light malt backbone, and crisp finish make our Kölsch-style ale exquisitely refreshing. Veedels are districts within the city of Köln, and and Veedels Bräu we transport you there for biergarten bliss.

German lager of the richest, most decadent character, Doppelbock was originally liquid bread, brewed to sustain the faithful while fasting. Now you can enjoy it without the hardship! Wobblor’s caramel, toffee, and rich malty flavors delight the senses and fortify against evil and adversity.

Dano, one of our beloved brewers, is a BIG-HEARTED teddy bear, famous for naming many of our brewery features and experiences. To honor him and his wife’s propensity to foster stray kittens aka The Sh**ty Kitty Rescue Steely Dano was created, a west coast IPA built to Dano’s strict specifications; crisp, dry and pale with Cryo BRU-1, Idaho 7, and Rakau. It puts the pine in pineapple!

We brewed this lager in collaboration with Syd Bailey, a talented homebrewer who won the PUBS invitational in the European Dark Lager category. As you know, we love a classic European lager style, but we took this one in a beautiful, local direction with the inclusion of Admiral malts! Admiral Maltings is a California maltster, producing the freshest, most flavorful, and most sustainable malts we have access to in Northern California. We have brewed two special releases with Admiral malt in September, and this is our first release! This Czech-Style lager showcases a crisp, raisin cookie flavor, with fine tan foam and a creamy finish.

Whether you’re a fan of pet names or not, you’re going to fall head over heels for Shmoopie! Infused with Raspberry, Guava, Hibiscus, and LOVE, Shmoopie is here to give you a big fruity sour sweet kiss! XO

Pontificating Walrus is much more than a silly name- this spirited barleywine is just the thing to drive off the winter chill! Aged 10 months in freshly dumped Single-Malt Whiskey barrels from treasured local distillers, St. George Spirits. Maris Otter, Belgian Candi sugar and Clover honey built the base for layered malt character and strength, resulting in an American-style Barleywine that is smooth and rich, bursting with toffee, vanilla and caramel flavors. Wax finished and foil labeled, this is just the ticket for a last minute gift, and while you’re at it, enjoy a pour on draft in our taproom. Holiday spirit ACTIVATED!

Giddy up y’all… we have a brand new Hazy IPA you’ll be sure to crush on. Saddled with a bumper crop of El Dorado T90 and Lupomax hops, BRU-1 Cryo, along with Mosaic and Krush Cryo, Cowboy Krush is one ride you won’t want to miss!

Beers with gorgeous hop flavor layered on a crushable pale lager backbone? Say less… we are huge fans of this burgeoning style, and Cone Zone just the slow down we are looking for! With Citra incognito, Mosaic and BRU-1 Cryo, and Nectraron hops bringing the rainbow of tropical, stonefruit and citrus flavors, we packed this lager so full of goodness you will feel like you unlocked a cheat code.

May is Bike Month, and we can’t wait to hit the trails! We crafted I Want My MTB Pale Ale to celebrate the season. For this beer, we settled on a crushable Pilsner malt base with a hint of bitterness, and supercharged the whirlpool and dry hops with Dolcita, Huell Melon, Nectaron, and BRU-1 Cryo. This flavor would re-inflate a flat- delicate sweet nectarine, gummy candy, and the sweetest clementine… don’t sleep on this gem! Time to get outside y’all!

Tranquilio is a classic super pale Mexican-Style Lager, Featuring a hint of flaked maize, Hallertau Mittelfruh, and cold, patient fermentation, this beer will help create just the kind of chill you need this spring.

Jen Talley is a local brewing legend, whose career spans decades brewing with award-winning breweries both big and small. Having started her career at Squatter’s Pub in Salt Lake City allowed her to develop extensive expertise in low alcohol brewing, necessarily because of Utah’s alcohol laws at the time. Jen even wrote the book on session beers for the Brewers Association!

We have a lot of customers who request low ABV beers, so we started planning a new seasonal called Auburn Ultra. With Jen’s incredible experience in this category, we asked her to share her knowledge with us, and she was gracious enough to do so! Jen joined us for the brew day, and it was such a pleasure to get to know her better, as well as brew with someone whose passion for the craft is so profound.

Auburn Ultra is a super-pale American lager, 4% ABV, featuring Dingemans Ultra Pilsner malt, flaked rice, and low bitterness. Fermented with German lager yeast, the resulting lager is super smooth, crisp, and delicious—perfect for the hot Auburn nights ahead!

When Briar Patch invited us to work with them on a special beer for their 50th anniversary celebration, we focused on ideas core to our shared mission — fresh, local ingredients of the highest quality, in a fun and delicious presentation. We selected local organic California-grown Admiral malts for a snappy wheat-focused base, fermented clean and crisp with citrus character, finally infusing local blueberries and orange juice to shape an ale that tastes like spring in a glass!
