Mandarin Pale Ale features fresh-squeezed juice from Colwell Thundering Herd Mandarin Ranch. It’s crisp and satisfying with a delightful citrus aroma and dry finish. Mandarin season may only come once each year, but now you can raise a glass and celebrate year round!

Our love of West Coast IPA runs deep- this IPA checks all the boxes. Clear, crisp and balanced bitterness, on point with layered notes of ripe mango, melon, grapefruit and just the right amount of dank.

What’s chiller than craft brewers kicking it together brewing one of their favorite styles? Tranquilio is a classic super pale Mexican-Style Lager, brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jackrabbit Brewing. Featuring a hint of flaked maize, Hallertau Mittelfruh, and cold, patient fermentation, this beer will help create just the kind of chill you need this spring.

River days are on their way! Find your flavor with River Daze. For years we have partnered with Raft California to make raft trips better, and we are sealing the deal with this West Coast IPA. Brewed with Azacca, Strata & Mosaic hops. We love them and know you will too!

Chloe Ca’ Phe is so much more than a coffee shop - they are a growing brand, sourcing the finest Vietnamese coffee direct. Tied in with the car enthusiast community, you’ll often find a tricked-out Porsche in Chloe Ca' Phe creating a vibe. Chloe ferments and roasts to bring out the beautiful flavors of the Arabica, Robusta, and Liberica beans they select. Charley from Chloe chose a coffee for us showcasing rich cocoa, red wine and molasses flavors and aromas, and around this we crafted a rich stout driven by chocolate rye malt and layers of British crystal malts. Cars and Coffee Stout is rich, robust, and balanced, coffee forward and with velvety chocolate malt flavors.

There’s nothing quite like a good Kölsch. Subtle fruit character, noble German hops, light malt backbone, and crisp finish make our Kölsch-style ale exquisitely refreshing. Veedels are districts within the city of Köln, and and Veedels Bräu we transport you there for biergarten bliss.

We do traditional styles korrekt! It’s all German ingredients that go into this delicious amber lager, with complex malt flavor and aroma, brilliant color, and a crisp, dry finish. Time to grab your stein, your dirdnl, your lederhosen, and get your schunkeln on! Oans, zwoa, drei, g’suffa!

Blood Simple is the Radler reinvented... starting with a traditional German-style Hefeweizen, we infused a decadent dose of blood orange, resulting a supremely satisfying and refreshing beer with a hue that reminds you of that sunrise after you got away with something glorious!

Pontificating Walrus is much more than a silly name- this spirited barleywine is just the thing to drive off the winter chill! Aged 10 months in freshly dumped Single-Malt Whiskey barrels from treasured local distillers, St. George Spirits. Maris Otter, Belgian Candi sugar and Clover honey built the base for layered malt character and strength, resulting in an American-style Barleywine that is smooth and rich, bursting with toffee, vanilla and caramel flavors. Wax finished and foil labeled, this is just the ticket for a last minute gift, and while you’re at it, enjoy a pour on draft in our taproom. Holiday spirit ACTIVATED!

May is Bike Month, and we can’t wait to hit the trails! We crafted I Want My MTB Pale Ale to celebrate the season. For this beer, we settled on a crushable Pilsner malt base with a hint of bitterness, and supercharged the whirlpool and dry hops with Dolcita, Huell Melon, Nectaron, and BRU-1 Cryo. This flavor would re-inflate a flat- delicate sweet nectarine, gummy candy, and the sweetest clementine… don’t sleep on this gem! Time to get outside y’all!

Drinking what you love… what could be more American? For our great big birthday we crafted one of our perennial favorites- a robust Rye IPA! Freedom AF is generously hopped with El Dorado, Chinook, and BRU-1 Cryo, 7.76% ABV! Piney, spicy, and deeply patriotic, Freedom AF is AMERICA FOREVER!

When you mix a devoted home brewing hobby with a rocket scientist, you get beer that is outta this world! Matt Hall is a Placer Ultimate Brewers (PUBS) homebrewer, frequent winner of high awards, including Best of Show and a GABF Silver Medal in 2024. We love his beer, and we love to work with him because he’s got great ideas and he’s a ton of fun too. Nectar Booster is a hazy IPA utilizing some tricks we have both worked on to push the flavor envelope; cool whirlpool, advanced hop products, layered dry hop timing and Nectaron, Dolcita, and BRU-1 to blast fresh ripe stone fruit, pineapple, passionfruit flavors into orbit.

Simcoe, Nelson, Galaxy, El Dorado and Enigma hops come together in a West Coast Double IPA that's here to set your tastebuds to Dank Mode. Is it weird to say that it's kind of like sticking your head in a hop bag and taking a deep whiff? Welcome to our dank citrus-hop-tropical island getaway.

We are celebrating the inaugural Auburn Alt Fest with a beer as edgy as this fest is shaping up to be! AAA incorporates a pale, crisp malt bill including a touch of local Admiral Maltings Pilsner and Wheat, and some of our all time favorite hops; Nelson, Rakau, and BRU-1 Cryo, showcasing fresh melon, citrus, and ripe stone fruit flavors and aromas!

In our second annual collaboration with our good friends leading History Expeditions, Bob Crowley and Tim Twietmeyer, we landed on a classic Czech Pilsner, full bodied and classically built with Saaz hops, lagered to perfection. These two endurance athletes and adventurers asked for a lower-ABV beer this year, and we were happy to dial in a 3% ABV lager that will keep all our Auburnites’ thirst quenched without slowing them down. This year’s journey follows the Frémont Sierra Expedition, reprising the journey of the 2nd Frémont Expedition of 1843-44 from Bridgeport to Twin Bridges, CA. Come experience a retelling of their 5-day, 100 mile journey at Crooked Lane on Sept 18th, benefitting the Auburn State Theater!
